From time-to-time, I invest in some self-funded conceptual shoots - which I love doing. They pay for themselves in many ways, not least the simple pleasure of indulging, camera-in-hand, in creating photographs.
I particularly enjoyed this one, with a crew of 9 building the set as the tide receded, just in time for when it came back in.
